Your first Rossiter session will be a bit longer than your following sessions. This is because we'll be introducing your body to Rossiter and getting acquainted. Kindra will ask you questions and examine your gait to tune into your body's needs with you.
Following sessions will be more geared towards maintenance and Kindra will likely hone into one area of focus with you. Rossiter is deep and to the point. Most bodies do not need more than 25-30min of Rossiter and you'll understand this after you receive a session.

Every body arrives to Rossiter differently and receives Rossiter differently. Most bodies take 3-4 sessions to feel a longer lasting relief, and then maintenance sessions afterwards.
Kindra Lundie
Kindra spends her days off immersed in nature, hiking, camping, and exploring hot springs. She’s a part-time farmer at Dry Creek Ranch and a dedicated RYT 200 yoga practitioner, often found both practicing and teaching at Hollywood Market Yoga. Currently, she is studying botanical medicine.
Her passion for deepening the mind-body connection is evident, and she’s excited to help others explore their own. An interesting fact about Kindra is that she has been playing the guitar since she was eight and possesses a surprisingly big, soulful voice that belies her petite frame.
When you attend a Rossiter session with Kindra, expect to leave feeling more grounded and spacious in your body. Join her and experience the transformative power of a space held by someone who truly cares.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Cancelling an appointment less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time, or not showing up for a scheduled appointment will result in you being charged for half of your session.
