Women’s Circle at Hollywood Market Yoga
Join sister duo, Tedi and Sonya Serge, for a sacred evening of connection and healing. This special women’s circle will guide you through Kundalini yoga, breath work, chanting and sound healing - creating a space to release, renew, and restore.
As we step into the new year, this practice invites you to let go of the past, embrace the future you and allow healing to flow through everything in between. Sonya’s transformative sound bowls will nurture healing on a cellular level, while Tedi’s guidance through Kundalini yoga and chanting will help you connect with your highest self.

Whether you're in the midst of a yoga challenge or simply navigating the seasonal dip in energy that often accompanies winter, this workshop is for you.
In this session, we’ll explore the harmony between self-discipline and self-compassion, diving into topics like motivation, resilience, and how to overcome the internal resistance that can arise when we’re feeling stuck. We will address the common misconceptions of self compassion and address any hesitancies you might have with this mindset. You’ll leave with practical, research-backed tools designed to reignite your inner spark and help you move forward with greater ease and clarity.

It takes courage, exploration, and even a little bit of humor to help you find the transformation you are looking for.As a Boise native, I have a deep love for this community and the values it has to offer. In my personal life, I enjoy exploring the outdoors, spending quality time with friends and family, and hanging out with my pup. My other hobbies include knitting, yoga, and reading.
