Terms & Policies


Membership can be frozen for 1 month. Please allow 10 days notice prior to billing date of which freeze is requested. This can be done via email to info@hmyboise.com. 

Auto-Renewing Unlimited Monthly Memberships can be cancelled after 3 months of membership via the Hollywood Market Yoga app up to 2 weeks prior to bill date. If you are within this window, please allow 10 days notice prior to billing date of which cancellation is requested. This can be done via email to info@hmyboise.com.  Any late cancellation requests will be subject to the next auto-billing date. There is a $50 cancellation fee if you cancel before your 12 month period expires.

Insufficient payment for recurrent memberships will receive an email with a 3 day grace period to update billing information and account to be charged. If still not updated/paid, account will be frozen and 1 more attempt at contact will be made. If account not paid within 1 day of second contact, membership will be terminated and member will have to re-enroll.

Refunds: Refunds for services not yet rendered may be issued upon request. All refunds issued, due to no fault of Hollywood Market Yoga, will withhold card processing fees charged at the time of initial transaction. Current card processing fees are 3.9% (or $3.90 for every $100).

Card Processing fees are charged to Hollywood Market Yoga regardless of the return of funds. As a result, this cost will be passed along to the customer in the event of a refund.

Refunds for product will be made in full with return of the physical product as in original new condition (unused / unworn).

Any returned checks will be charged $20 per financial institution policy.

CLASS CANCELLATION
Classes can be cancelled with no fee.

Full Classes with a Waitlist: Classes cancelled with less than 0.5 hours notice, participant will be charged $25. No-show participants will be charged $30.


Release of Liability Waiver must be read and signed by each participant prior to first class attendance. Participants must be 18 years or older and able to sign for themselves. If youth event is held, parent will be required to deliver and sign for minor in person prior to participation in event/class.

CONDUCT
Please uphold respect for all instructors, participants and staff at Hollywood Market Yoga at all times. Love and respect is one of Studio Lotus’s core values and will uphold it at all times. Any participants not exhibiting respect may be asked to leave and possible inability to return if unable to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner.

Lost and Found Policy:

  1. Items found on the premises of Hollywood Market Yoga will be kept in the Lost and Found for a maximum of 48 hours.

  2. After 48 hours, unclaimed items will be disposed of or donated to charity.

  3. Hollywood Market Yoga is not liable for any lost or damaged items.
