Our studio is a 200 hour registered school through Yoga Alliance. With our program, you will gain a clear understanding of major yoga styles such as gentle and power vinyasa, hot, yin, and restorative. You will also learn how to teach our Hot HMY sequence in a 60 and 80 minute session as well as our Hot 26 class. This training goes beyond the memorization of poses, we will focus on building your foundation for creating and sequencing your very own vinyasa classes. Our curriculum gives you the tools and skills you need to deepen your practice and become a successful yoga teacher if you desire.

Fall Training Schedule

  • Times for Training:
Training is held 3 weekends per month with one weekend off every month. Hours are Friday 5:30pm-8:30pm, Saturdays 9am-5pm and Sudnays 9am-5pm

Additional Information

Program Costs Include:

  • Unlimited yoga classes at both our studios once tuition is paid in full
  • Course manual
  • 200 hour RYT certification

Early Bird Program Tuition: $2,800. Must pay at least 30 days prior to program to receive early bird price deal. Receive free yoga classes at both our studios once this is paid in full.

Program Tuition: $3,200 Monthly payment plans can be arranged.

Deposit: $500 non-refundable. This is due when you submit your application. This fee reserves your spot for the training. It also counts as a downpayment towards your tuition.
