    Our hot hour class combines the essential healing postures from traditional hot yoga and the flow of vinyasa. This class invigorates your body and focuses your mind. A balance of silence and music, you will sweat in our 105 degree room with humidity between 35-40% leaving you reenergized, revitalized, and restored. This class welcomes all levels ages 16 and up.

    Our unique class begins with a sun salutation warm up followed by 26 postures set to inspiring music. Hot 26 is suitable for beginners to advanced students as the sequence provides variations for each individual’s level of practice. Hot 26 is designed to relieve stress, balance and strengthen the glandular system and nervous system, improve circulation and digestion, reverse the aging process, and reshape muscles, tendons, and posture. Fresh blood is brought to areas not normally affected. This class leaves the whole body stronger and more supple. This class is suitable for all those 16 and up. Class is heated to 104 degrees.

    This class is geared to the seasoned student who likes to sweat and be challenged both physically and mentally. A strong emphasis on linking breath to movement creates a steady and consistent flow from pose to pose, encouraging devotion in motion. Set to great music, including rock, reggae, hip-hop, and world beats. You will be guided through traditional Sun Salutes, creative flow, core strength, arm balances, and inversions. Modification and variations will always be offered. Get ready to have some fun in a 90 degree room.

    Gabriel Azoulay created the sequence for our Hot HMY class. We call this class “Bikyasa” because it combines the essential healing postures from traditional hot yoga and the flow of vinyasa. This class invigorates your body and focuses your mind. A balance of silence and music, you will sweat for 80 minutes in our 105 degree room with humidity between 35-40% leaving you re-energized, re-vitalized, re-stored.

Feel your strength and flexibility increase through challenging body weight exercises and optional hand weights for added intensity. Resistance and interval training combined with breathing techniques will fire up your core and strengthen your entire body with results you can feel and see.     As with any vinyasa class, we flow with the breath and the beats continuing to move the body throughout the class until the blissful savasana relaxation pose at the end. All our classes offer opportunities to modify or intensify catering to you and your yoga journey. Best part of this class is that we play some amazing soundtracks to keep you going. You will hear some of the best hip hop from the 90’s to now-think old school classics and fresh beat tracks. time to get out your ol’ MC hammer pants. This class is teen friendly.
